Professional Business Security With Minimal Upfront Cost

1. Subscription Agreement

This agreement is between iGuardX Security Systems ("Provider") and the subscribing business ("Client") for security system services.

2. Service Description

Provider will install and maintain the security system as described in the selected package. Services include:

• Professional installation of security equipment
• Regular maintenance and system checks
• Technical support during business hours
• Equipment replacement as needed

3. Payment Terms

Client agrees to:

• Pay a one-time downpayment of $999 TT (or as specified)
• Make monthly payments as specified in the selected package
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month
• Late payments may incur a 5% fee

4. Contract Duration

Minimum contract period: 18 months. After initial term, contract continues month-to-month until cancelled with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Early termination may incur a fee equal to 50% of remaining contract value.

6. Equipment Ownership

All equipment remains property of iGuardX. Upon termination, Provider will remove all equipment.

7. Liability

iGuardX is not liable for losses due to system failure, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with:

• Payment processors for billing

5. Camera Footage

Security camera footage is stored locally on your NVR system. We access footage only with your permission for troubleshooting.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request corrections to your data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal requirements)

1. Downpayment Refunds

The $999 TT downpayment is refundable under the following conditions:

• If materials were not used or the installation was cancelled beforehand
• If iGuardX is unable to install the system as promised
• Refund request must be made in writing
• Refunds processed within 24 Hours

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Downpayment is NOT refundable if:

• Client cancels after work has started or materials used
• System has been installed and operational
• Client breaches terms of service
• Client fails to provide access for installation

3. Monthly Payments

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once service has been provided for that month.

4. Service Credits

Service credits may be issued for:

• Extended service outages (more than 24 hours)
• Documented service failures
• At iGuardX's discretion for service issues

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Include business name and reason for refund
3. Allow 5 business days for processing
4. Refunds issued to original payment method

1. Service Level Agreement

iGuardX agrees to provide the following service levels:

• System uptime: 99% (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Response time for issues: 4 business hours
• Resolution time: 48 hours for critical issues
• Regular system health checks

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide access for installation and maintenance
• Maintain stable power and internet connection
• Notify iGuardX of any changes to business premises
• Make timely monthly payments

3. Equipment Maintenance

iGuardX will:

• Perform quarterly system checks
• Replace faulty equipment at no additional cost
• Update system software as needed
• Provide emergency support 24/7

4. Service Limitations

Service does not include:

• Repairs due to client misuse or damage
• Issues caused by power outages or internet failure
• Changes to building structure requiring rewiring
• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond control

5. Renewal and Termination

Contract auto-renews monthly after initial 12-month term. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

6. Price Guarantee

Monthly rate guaranteed for initial 24 months. After 24 months, rates may increase with 60 days notice.
